For Old Times’ Sake is a cheerful and celebratory work, with original content as well as short arrangements of Auld Lang Syne and On Wisconsin. The music aims to evoke nostalgia and a sense of the past century’s accomplishments. The result is a sparkling smorgasbord of melody, genre, and technique.
